Can 'Liberal' Universities be Shut Down for Conspiracy to Commit Sedition?

I believe that many of these Universities should be shut down, because it could be proven that they have 'a conspiracy' to commit sedition. The FBI has to be aware of these treasonous acts, but they are going unpunished due to the power of these Liberal Universities.

I believe that this could be prosecuted under the RICO ACT, because this is a criminal conspiracy.
